WARNER FIELDS
Warner Fields is a riverside neighbourhood set to introduce an initial 1,056 Build to Rent one- to three-bedroom apartments & over 30K SF of commercial floorspace.
The final phase is in outline form, and should that materialise, Warner Fields will deliver up to 1,351 new homes & over 46K SF of flexible floorspace and amenities.
Ranging from four to 15 storeys, well over 50% will be devoted to new green and pedestrian space, with public and private gardens.
The centrepiece will see the River Rea break out of its culvert and re-naturalised across both banks, with a new bridge set to connect Charles Henry Street with Rea Street South.
Complementing this, Warner Fields will benefit from SuDS, pocket parks, green and brown roofs, courtyards, roof terraces, and new trees.
With 54 cars and over 1,164 cycles and cycleway/footways, the site will see Moseley Street, Charles Henry Street, & Rea Street South become one-way roads.
