CREATIVE MEDIA HUB

The Bond is home to a major 55,000K SF creative media hub.

Opened in early 2023, The Bond is a key city media campus for independent TV production and creative content developers.

Part of the Digbeth Estate, the hub comprises five main structures, providing spaces for businesses of all sizes, including event spaces, screening rooms, pod rooms, canal-side studios, and its own wharf.

The site harnesses the embodied carbon of the site’s older buildings whilst introducing modern technology.

The Bond is also available for events including screenings, conferences, film shoots, and award ceremonies.
