The Development
Equipoint will deliver two ‘lozenge-shaped’ new builds in Phase 2 works.
Following on from the successful £40M phase 1 conversion and extension of the landmark Equipoint building, Phase 2 will deliver an additional 105 one & two bedroom apartments (9 affordable; 6 rented & 3 market sale at 20/30% discounts), commercial & garden terraces.
Builds will range from 3-7 storeys & 9 storeys tall; will remain subservient to the main building, whilst maintaining their own quirky style and identity. Complementing these will be a ground floor commercial unit adjacent to Tesco & spacious green garden terraces.
Vehicular spaces will be provided for up to 236, along with disabled bays and an area of covered cycle storage.
