Century Buildings, a collection of Grade II* listed Georgian buildings dating back to 1820 when it was an original townhouse, is to be brought to life.
Bringing a sustainable use to safeguard a historic city plot, a 12-bedroom apart-hotel will be introduced to Powell Street in Phase I, with 26 residential apartments (39-77.5 sqm) elsewhere, via conversion of the historic element and a new build.
The new build, four storeys in height, will replace an existing and unlisted former nightclub site, thus completing the project.
