Kent Street Apartments is a mixed-use development comprising 133 apartments in a new build ranging between 8 to 12 storeys, amenity space, a courtyard garden, and a ground floor commercial unit.
Designed with two eight-storey wings on either side of the 12-storey, the development would accommodate 64 one and 69 two-bedroom (1-4 persons) apartments.
A ground-level shared amenity space alongside a flexible commercial unit would be on offer along with a selection of communal terraces on the upper floors.
With the site directly adjacent to a well-established cycle highway, 133 secure cycle spaces will be provided within the building.
