CECIL STREET
Cecil Street is an infill student scheme set to introduce 338 student beds and a retail unit to the street.
Vacant 70-73 Cecil Street car park will be built upon, while 86 Cliveland Street will be demolished and new builds of six storeys brought to site.
198 clusters and 140 studios will be available here (14-21 sqm), as will a ground-floor Class E retail unit.
Students will also have access to an entrance foyer, reception and post room, social room and gym, 116 bicycle spaces, and a rooftop garden terrace.
