VITA STUDENT

Vita Student is a 540-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development.

The site will introduce two interlinked buildings of 10 & 30 storeys (approx. 92m tall, inc ground floor and roof level), both BREEAM 'Excellent', bringing an eclectic array of managed studios aimed at the top end of the student market.

Students will benefit from a concierge, dining rooms, a gym, a social hub, a games area, study spaces, an outdoor terrace, and spaces for 254 bicycles.
