Selly Park Tavern - details

A public house built at the time for Holder's Brewery Ltd in 1901.

The brewery was acquired by Mitchells & Butlers in 1919, and it closed in 1923, so the Selly Park Tavern became an M & B pub for many years.

The Selly Park Tavern is now owned by Ember Inns.

Located on the Pershore Road, it is on the no 45 and 47 bus routes.

Cannon Hill Park and the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park are a short walk away from the pub.

It's about a mile away from Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

There is an active bowling club here and a skittle alley at the rear.
