MODA, LOUDON'S YARD, PHASE I

Loudon’s Yard brings 398 interior-designed homes, an acre of landscaped courtyards and gardens plus state-of-the-art amenities to live, work and play.

Reinvigorating a derelict site in a leafy part of the city, Loudon’s Yard is underpinned by sustainability with a joined-up focus on lifestyle & health and wellbeing.

Three new builds ranging from 9 to 13 storeys provide a range of pet-friendly studios, one-, to three-bedroom homes, with private dining, workspaces, games room, lounges, and a 24-hour gymnasium.
