CORKFIELD
Corkfield delivers 375 build-to-rent apartments, retail, and leisure uses, all adjacent to Edgbaston Stadium.
Operated by Native Residential, Corkfield is spread across five new buildings of five, seven, eight, 13, and 18-storeys, offering a fine selection of one, two & three-bedroom apartments, with private balconies, wellness studios, a sky terrace & spacious podium gardens.
Commercial uses line the ground floor, presenting vibrant retail, food, & beverage uses, as well as a public gymnasium.
There's also a new landscaped entrance plaza to Edgbaston Stadium providing maximum accessibility around the site, with up to 340 car spaces for Corkfield residents.
