176-183 Moseley Street is a PRS scheme of 131 apartments set within a 6-7 storey residential new build. 

Encompassing the emerging Rea Valley Urban Quarter, the regeneration of an existing industrial estate would be set around a heavily landscaped internal courtyard, with one-, two- & three-bedroom apartments & duplexes provided alongside internal & external balconies and open terraces.

66 one- and 65 two-bed apartments are to be created alongside duplex bedrooms (13 affordable); with the project meeting a wide range of housing needs through the addition of larger duplex units and a range of sizes for the one and two-beds. Apartment sizes range from 37 to 106 sqm.

Its massing is subdivided into distinct blocks to help reduce its scale; it'll wrap entirely around the footprint of the site, allowing for a communal courtyard facility, with balconies overlooking the space.

188 secure covered cycle spaces and 19 vehicles are to be created, with both situated on the lower ground floor, accessed via Moseley Street.
